Frameless Rendering
Najman, Pavel ; Pečiva, Jan (referee) ; Havel, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a simple raytracer with IPP library, which will use the frameless rendering technique. The first part of this work focuses on the raytracing method. The next part analyzes the frameless rendering technique and its adaptive version with focus on adaptive sampling. Third part describes the IPP library and implementation of a simple raytracer using this library. The last part evaluates the speed and rendering quality of the implemented system.
Intel Integrated Performance Primitives and their use in application development
Machač, Jiří ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Malý, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the presented work is to demonstrate and evaluate the contribution of computing system SIMD especially units MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3 and SSE4 from Intel company, by creation of demostrating applications with using Intel Integrated Performance Primitives library. At first, possibilities of SIMD programming using intrinsic function, vektorization and libraries Intel Integrated Performance Primitives are presented, as next are descibed options of evaluation of particular algorithms. Finally procedure of programing by using Intel Integrated Performance Primitives library are ilustrated.
Ray-tracing Using IPP Library
Kukla, Michal ; Havel, Jiří (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
Master thesis is dealing with design and implementation of ray-tracing and path-tracing using IPP library. Theoretical part discusses current trends in acceleration of selected algorithms and also possibilities of parallelization. Design of ray-tracing and path-tracing algorithm and form of parallelization are described in proposal. This part also discusses implementation of adaptive sampling and importance sampling with Monte Carlo method to accelerate path-tracing algorithm. Next part is dealing with particular steps in implementation of selected rendering methods regarding IPP library. Implementation of network interface using Boost library is also discussed. At the end, implemented methods are subjected to performance and quality test. Final product of this thesis is server aplication capable of handling multiple connections which provides visualisation and client application which implements ray-tracing and path-tracing.

Dopad sankcí Evropské unie na import zboží a služeb z Ruska
Horák, Vítězslav
This bachelor thesis explores the impact of European Union sanctions on the im-port of goods and services from Russia at the time of the Ukrainian crisis. The first part describes the development and course of political-military conflict in Ukraine, theories of sanctions and analysis of specific European Union sanctions. The main part of this paper examines the evolution of time series of import from Russia using linear regression and testing the presence of structural breaks during the implementation of sanctions by Chow test. In the main part of the paper, there are processed results of the Chow test and causes of structural breaks in the context of current economic situation. The conclusion summarizes the partial results, impact and effectiveness of sanctions.
